Customers must contact HSB no later than October 15, 2010, so we can work to complete inspections by November 15. NEW YORK CITY HIKES FINES New York City announced earlier this year that the penalty for failing to file a complete jurisdictional inspection report will be increased to $1,000 per boiler. The filing year for 2010 runs from November 16, 2009, through November 15, 2010. HSB WANTS CUSTOMERS TO KNOW HSB is taking a proactive approach to alert New York City customers to the fine increase.
