Hartford Steam Boiler has collected its series of equipment webinars on videos that are now available on a new page at www.hsb.com. The 11 webinars cover the operation and maintenance of boilers, air conditioning and electrical equipment. A STRONG RESPONSE "Hundreds of people have participated in our series of equipment webinars over the past year," said Michael Bove, HSB vice president of engineering and standards. "The response was strong, and we wanted all of our customers and the public to take advantage of this information to help prevent loss and improve efficiency." "WHAT CAN GO WRONG WITH MY BOILER?"
Low water, inadequate maintenance and the failure of controls and safety devices are major causes of boiler breakdowns. "What Can Go Wrong with My Boiler?" covers the fundamentals of boiler maintenance to help prevent a loss. Other webinars on boilers include information on preparing for a jurisdictional inspection, energy efficiency, critical protective devices, and automated controls.

"KEEPING THE LIGHTS ON"
We all are dependent on electrical power. Electrical systems include expensive equipment and a breakdown can cause fires, other property damage and injuries. "Electrical Equipment - Keeping the Lights On" explains the importance of an electrical preventive maintenance program. "HOW DOES AIR CONDITIONING WORK?"
