working directly with an HSB underwriter. Now you can with a new Web feature that makes it easy to request a

Log on to HSB InstantQuote and click on the "Talk To Us" button. You can continue to work on your quote. An HSB underwriter will call you to answer questions about coverage, processing or pricing. It's the latest enhancement of HSB InstantQuote, which delivers technology with personal service.

WE WANT TO TALK
HSB underwriters are standing by from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. ET to return calls to agents and brokers about monoline equipment breakdown coverage. Call requests made after 7 p.m. will be returned by an underwriter on the next business day.
JUST LET US KNOW
Once you access HSB InstantQuote through our Client Connection Web portal, the Talk To Us option is available on the navigation bar to the left of the screen on every tab within an InstantQuote submission. To help us serve you, please make sure your contact information is accurate and up to date.
